GRANT MEMORIAL CHURCH

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - TERM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Technical Production Assistant will assist the Technical Production Manager and will learn and grow and be a contributing member of the Technical Arts Team, focusing on supporting Sunday services, pre-production and other duties as assigned. This person will also provide cover for the Technical Production Manager as required for vacation or sick leave.

YOUTH MINISTER

As part of our dynamic youth team, the Youth Minister will play a crucial role in creating environments where students can encounter Jesus and embrace a life of discipleship. Furthermore, the Youth Minister will offer guidance to volunteer leaders, provide spiritual support to both students and volunteers and actively engage parents as influential partners in the discipleship journey of their youth.

Currently, our middle school community convenes on Wednesday evenings, while the high school community gathers on Friday evenings. Additionally, there are further programming opportunities available on Sunday mornings. While we anticipate attendance and contribution from both Youth Ministers at each event, the role of “point leader” will be assigned to one Youth Minister for each specific event.

LINDEN CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE WORKER

The Before and After School Care (BASC) Worker assists with taking care of children in Kindergarten through Grade 6 registered in the BASC program. The BASC worker may assist with other duties as may be assigned. Generally, the BASC worker will be present for either/or both the A.M. and P.M shift.

IT MEDIA SUPPORT & HELP DESK TECHNICIAN

The Media Support & Help Desk Technician is to provide AV support for events, assist with

responding to Tech Ticket requests from faculty and staff, and assist with other tech needs of the school.

Some flexibility for evening events will be required.

SCHEDULING CLERK - PART-TIME 0.4 EFT

The Scheduling Clerk is part of a fast-paced environment and is responsible for performing scheduling and timekeeping duties, handling the staffing requests for an assigned area by allocating and calling in substitute staff using an electronic system to fill vacancies, leaves of absence and sick leaves. This position requires the ability to see the “big picture” and is able to anticipate implications of various decisions. Must work with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in their interactions with staff.

PAYROLL & ADMIN ASSISTANT - 0.8 EFT

This position will perform or assist in performing payroll functions, including but not limited to compiling, classifying records, verifying and maintaining data and payroll for Linden Christian School (LCS). The position involves the maintenance of payroll records including the preparation of various reports and statements as required. Secondarily, this position will support the Human Resources Department with administrative assistance.

Additional duties will include accounting department tasks including Accounts Payable, Credit Card Processing/documentation and related tasks.

SPIRITUAL CARE & CAMPUS LIFE COORDINATOR - 0.8 EFT

The Spiritual Life Coordinator will aid in the fulfillment of Linden Christian School's mission to help students become devoted followers of Christ. Working closely with the Leader of Spiritual Care and Campus Life, she will assist in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that will further enhance the spiritual focus of the school, while providing spiritual guidance on a personal level to students within the school community.

GRADE 3 TEACHER

Linden Christian School (LCS) invites applications for a Grade 3 teacher position for 2024 - 2025 School year. LCS is a K-12 Independent school with over 1000 students and over 120 dedicated staff.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Substitute Teachers are needed for all grades from Kindergarten through Grade 12. A Substitute Teacher contributes to the accomplishment of educational practices and objectives that will advance the mission and vision of Linden Christian School.

LINDENHOLM MINISTRIES INC.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - 0.4 EFT

Reporting to the CEO of LMI, the candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for all the administrative duties for the CEO/Property Manager of LMI as related to the operations of the organization.

This position is .40 EFT or 16 hours per week. General office hours are 8:00 to 4:00 Monday to Thursday, alternative working hours will be required periodically to meet the requirements of the position.
