SHORT-TERM CHILD & YOUTH WORKER - FAMILY MINISTRY
The Child and Youth Worker is responsible for assisting in the development of a mid-week summer program for students in grades 5-12. Grant Memorial Baptist Church embraces a philosophy of Family Ministry that strives to equip family leaders to be the primary disciplemakers in order to cultivate lasting faith in children and youth. In keeping with this, the Family Ministry Summer Intern will work closely with all staff members of the Family Ministry team to help achieve this goal.
YOUTH MINISTER
As part of our dynamic two-person youth team, the Youth Minister will play a crucial role in creating environments where students can encounter Jesus and embrace a life of discipleship. Furthermore, the Youth Minister will offer guidance to volunteer leaders, provide spiritual support to both students and volunteers and actively engage parents as influential partners in the discipleship journey of their youth.
ADULT COMMUNITIES COORDINATOR - PART-TIME
The Adult Communities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among individuals at Grant. Their primary responsibility is to facilitate meaningful connections within the church by offering leadership and support to our diverse range of small group initiatives, cultural gatherings, and men's and women's communities.
