YOUTH MINISTER
As part of our dynamic youth team, the Youth Minister will play a crucial role in creating environments where students can encounter Jesus and embrace a life of discipleship. Furthermore, the Youth Minister will offer guidance to volunteer leaders, provide spiritual support to both students and volunteers and actively engage parents as influential partners in the discipleship journey of their youth.
MAINTENANCE
The Maintenance position will include general maintenance functions for both Grant Memorial Church and Linden Christian School. The knowledge of WHIS and the ability to operate commercial tools and equipment is required. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to work independently and on a team. The
Maintenance person will report to the Property Manager.
HEAD OF SCHOOL
The Head of School/Chief Executive Officer (HOS/CEO) provides overall direction for the educational and business functions of Linden Christian School (LCS). The HOS/CEO operates in accordance with the policies established by the LCS Board, provincial legislation, and Manitoba Education directives. The HOS/CEO is ultimately responsible for nurturing the development of a distinctively Christian school culture where the Mission, Vision and Core Values of LCS are understood and implemented in a caring, Christ-like manner.
SOFA ADMINISTRATOR
The SOFA Administrator is responsible for overall leadership and coordination of the SOFA
program, which supports the vision and mission of Linden Christian School. With a commitment
to excellence, the Administrator will ensure that God is glorified in all aspects including
overseeing the elements of the program, arranging contracts with teachers, enrolling students,
coordinating lessons, scheduling performances, etc.
