

SUMMER DAY CAMP


Imagine a week where kids not only hear about Jesus’ love but also learn to express that love through their actions. By the end of the Grant Kids Summer Day Camp, they’ll walk away with tangible ways to love like Jesus and live like Jesus, by praying, loving, serving, forgiving and showing simple acts of kindness.
Our goal for Day Camp is simple yet profound: we want it to be SAFE, FUN, and all about JESUS. We have been diligently preparing to ensure that your children have an incredible and memorable experience where they can grow in their faith and make lasting connections.
To ensure that our week goes as smoothly as possible, we wanted to go over some important details before our Kick-Off day on Monday, August 18th. Please see below for all the necessary information:

Dates
Our Day Camp is scheduled to run from Monday, August 18th to Friday, August 22th. On the final day, Friday, August 22th, from 12 pm to 1 pm, we will be hosting a special Wrap-up Party. This exciting event will feature cold treats for everyone and an opportunity for the kids to showcase their songs and actions. It's going to be a fun-filled and memorable way to conclude our Day Camp week!
Time
The camp will start at 8:30 am and end at 12:30 pm each day. Please make sure your child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of the day.
Location
Grant Memorial Church, 877 Wilkes Ave, Winnipeg. We will have designated drop-off and pick-up areas, so please follow the signs for smooth transitions. **Please See Drop Off / Pick Up Info Below**
What to bring
Each child should bring a labelled water bottle, a hat, and sunscreen. Snacks will be provided.
Dress
Please dress your child in comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities. We recommend wearing sunscreen and bringing a sweater or jacket as the weather can be unpredictable.
The Grant Kids Live It Out Summer Day Camp is not just a theme; it’s a call to action. It encourages children to actively live out their faith through their words and interactions with others.
