Hope for the Journey Conference (Tuesdays)

April 8, 2025
11:00 p.m.
FREE
Parenting is hard—no questions asked. And while our journeys can be exhausting and challenging, there is much beauty and hope to experience as well.
For our children and teens impacted by adoption and/or foster care, the effects of their pasts can often create unique, complicated needs, which can lead to big behaviors, developmental delays and other challenges. But no child is beyond hope and healing.
Hope for the Journey is a new online learning/training platform, with content that empowers parents, caregivers, church leaders, and professionals to build connection and trust with the children and teens in their care.
This event will be hosted at Grant Memorial Church, 877 Wilkes Avenue for five Tuesday evening sessions. The first session is on April 8 with the last session on May 6. The training conference starts at 6:00 pm and we have 100 spots available for supper at 5:30 pm. As you register, please indicate how many people will be attending as well as if childcare is needed.
