Welcome to CareConnections

In every community, children and families at a point of crisis need help. In those same communities, some churches care and want to take action. But what they need is a connection point.

CareConnections is a tool that gives Grant Memorial Church a real-time opportunity to respond.

Community thru Food!

Church the conference is AMAZING for information & encouragement... the feedback already would bring tears... and ONE PART that is shoring up the experience is having dinner available! Food. All back to food! Getting to be welcomed in, served yummy supper, gathered around others... it is building community & connection!
PLUS - here is a bonus!!! By being "creative" we are able to S-T-R-E-T-C-H the food and meals! The next days we have gotten to deliver meals to fostering families we know have been unable to attend, going thru a harder season or attacked by germs in their home ha ha. We want to KEEP LOVING on families & KEEP CONNECTIONS so they know our church is loving & praying for & supporting them!
SO that is an update on FOOD around this season/conference... we are SO entirely grateful for the volunteers who have helped baking & those serving day off - you are precious people!!
Here is an opportunity to help by donating funds so we can work out menus for the remaining 3 weeks. As an individual, family, maybe your small group - any funds will absolutely be "eaten up" by kids and the adults who surround them.
Any amount is helpful and multiplies ... the average cost for an evening of serving food and then having 3-4 full meals left to deliver has been $250 (just as an idea)
