Director of Arts & Worship Ministries
The Director of Arts & Worship Ministries shall minister to the spiritual needs of Grant Memorial Baptist Church (GMBC) through leading and planning worship services and celebrations that are honoring to God, consistent with biblical principles of worship, demonstrate the values and advance objectives of GMBC. The Director will have a passion to provide stylistically diverse worship environments including traditional and contemporary formats to engage the congregation in authentic worship. Coordinator of Pastoral Care
The primary responsibility of the Coordinator of Pastoral Care is to provide pastoral care and counselling, leadership of Stephen Ministry, and funeral/wedding officiating roles. The position requires pastoral training, and a commitment to following Christ with devotion and zeal. The outcomes are achieved by acknowledging the mandate from the Bible to equip others to do the work of the ministry. This includes training, personal example and the development and empowerment of leaders and ministry personnel. Director of Youth Ministries
The Director of Youth Ministries is responsible for the direction, oversight, spiritual care and discipleship of students connected to the Grant Memorial Baptist Church student ministries from grades 6-12 and embraces an approach to ministry that partners with parents and families for effective discipleship. The role includes strategic planning and ministry implementation to reach students who are not yet followers of Christ and discipleship of existing believers. Social Media Specialist, Creative Communications
The Social Media Specialist works as a member of the Creative Communications Team to promote Grant Memorial Church through its various social media channels. This position is responsible to grow our followers and drive engagement. In cooperation with the Communications Manager, the Social Media Specialist will provide relevant content daily on social media while tracking metrics and monitoring relevant conversations, and will develop a culture that encourages sharing on social media amongst staff, key volunteers, and church members. The specialist should have command of best practices and trends in social media, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build a digital audience. View a full position description below.

Middle Years Spiritual Care & Campus Life Coordinator
The MY Spiritual Care & Campus Life Coordinator will be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with MY students that help them move into a personal relationship with Jesus and grow to be devoted followers of Christ. This will be accomplished through counseling, discipleship, Biblical teaching, and providing opportunities for service and growth.
